JANUARY 2009
- A meeting is held during the Association of Performing Arts Presenters conference in January.  This meeting is often conducted in two locations simultaneously.  Those presenters in New York at the APAP Annual Conference meet together in New York while another group of WPN presenters meet at a location within the state of Wisconsin.  The two groups are connected via teleconference.  A meeting time will be announced to all members via email.

SPRING/SUMMER 2009 - A meeting is held during the annual WPN Conference held each year in May or June.  The dates for this conference will be June 22-24, 2008 at UW Platteville.  The specific schedule will be posted as soon as it is available.

Meeting attendance for members is not required.  However, it is highly encouraged.  WPN Members obtain the most benefit from their membership by participation in network activities such as meetings and conferences.  Many great associations and friendships are built between presenters.

While Business Meetings are open to guests and non-members, the Block Booking Meetings are only open to current members with paid membership fees for the year.

A typical agenda for a Business Meeting would be as follows:

          1) Welcome by WPN Chairman
          2) Secretary's Report
          3) Treasurer's Report
          4) Lorraine Gross Scholarship Report
          5) Wisconsin Arts Board Report
          6) Arts Wisconsin Report
          7) Committee Reports
          8) Old Business Items
          9) New Business Items
          10) Adjournment
